This book was inspired by my sons. Once upon a time I was looking for bilingual books of poems. After learning that there are none, I decided to write one myself.
Our family was bilingual. Children communicated with me in English, but with their dad - in Spanish. However, we wanted to teach them the language of their homeland - Lithuanian. Our son started kindergarten, and I am amazed how quickly he picked up the language. There are many bilingual books in Spanish/English , but not in English/Lithuanian. I created one myself.
