- Leading Latvian pop group Brainstorm has just released their 1996 album Veronika in a CD format (the 1996 issue was a cassette).
Some of the most popular Latvian hits at the time have been included, such as Lidmasinas, Darznieks, So dziesmu es dziedasu Tev and Ciekuri.
A separate video CD featuring a film published in 1997 Prata Vetra par sevi un Reiganiem (Brainstorm about themselves and the "Reagans") has been added along with the audio CD.
