- Organ Music of Latvian Composers
Riga has the Dom and the splendid Dom organ. For Latvia, it is the axis and the core around which the notable events pertaining to the art of organ playing unravel. (..) But it is not that the Dom instrument is the only one! The unique organ has many sisters in Riga, organs of Riga`s other churches. (..) On the city`s 800th Anniversary it suits well to give credit to the organ builders and to listen to the voices of the instruments. The device of this CD could be The Riga Dom and Three by Seven, or, "Seven Organ Pieces by Latvian Composers Performed by Seven Latvian Organ Players at the Riga Dom and at Seven Other Churches of Riga".
