The light fruit bread is based on the Latvian Rye Sourdough Bread but has added dried plums, raisins, hazelnuts and apricots. These breads are all handmade and baked wood-fired ovens. The Bakery and the raw materials are certified by the National Environment and Health Center of Latvia.

- Package will contain 3 separate loaves. Each loaf is sliced and individually wrapped for easy storing in the freezer.
Total net weight of all loaves approx. 6 pounds (2.7 kg). The loaves are hand made, therefore there may be a slight variation in the net weight.
