- Composition: birch leaf-bud extract, pine essential oil.
Usage: Shake well. Add 30 ml of extract to 7 liters hot water. Mix thoroughly, pour slowly on hot sauna stones. Birch brooms may be soaked in a mixture as well.
Do not pour undiluted extract directly onto hot stones.
